Lake Union
Not many cities have something as remarkable as Lake Union at its heart. Here’s a lake big enough for ocean-going vessels, connected to the major freshwater of Lake Washington on one side and Puget Sound on the other. In between are the “Sleepless in Seattle” houseboat communities, the weekly Duck Dodge Sail Boat “Races” and along the shore all manner of cool places to visit and dine. Can you imagine how spectacular it would be to live on the slope of Queen Anne where you could see the action all day and all night?!

Everyone in Seattle has one—that one person who claims to KNOW
barbeque. As in “I know real barbeque, and this, my friend, is
not real barbeque.” Shut them up once and for all and take them
here.
